Camera off

Hi, I have a Z1 that worked very fluently till now. But for some days, the frontal camera is unavailable, no way to activate it, no place to change from back one to the frontal as usual, I don't understand How it happened. Please provide me a solution.

settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone > check again

Hi Uliwooly! Thx for your advice, I did it but It doesn't change, my front camera is still out of service

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available
