Camera not working

My camera is not working and when I click on it it's just a black screen then says cameras not available I've gone into apps then cleared everything then reset it but it still the same. Need help

Have you tried booting to safe mode?

Press and hold power button > Tap and hold on Power OFF > Press OK to reboot to safe mode > Try opening camera.

See if theres any difference. To exit safe mode,just restart your phone.

Try a software repair using PC Companion as recommended by Phy.

If that does not help then your phone needs to be examined at one of our authorised service centers. Get in touch with your Local support team for more information if need be.
