Camera Not working properly.!

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have got my New Sony Xperia U from Reliance Digitals, Nagpur yesterday..!! I have found that the Cmera of the phone is not working properly .When i click a picture, it becomes grey..!! A very Foggy image is displayed..!!  .Iam really tensed about it..!!

Please Help..

you have to check with Reliance as they might have other warranty or return policies

is that due to the cover on the flash lens..??

1) Check that u have removed a small round transparent protective cover sticking on camera lense. All new cameras have it. For this u have to remove the back cover and look carefully over the lens. take care not to scratch lens ! It is easy to remove. If you still do not get good quality pictures THEN

2) Go to authorized Sony Service Centre in your city. and show them the problem. Do not go to Reliance Digital as there may be un trained and in experienced ppl and they may mis guide u. I have such experience even with 'Sony Store'

3) The service centre will decide if u need to get replacement ! u can get replacement within 7 days !

4) If camera works well do not take pics in night mode with flash near any reflecting surface ! read my other posts. Good Luck

the cover is on the flash ..nt on tHe camera LENS...! without the flash..m getting awsum pics..plz xplain..!!!

now i am not sure ! there was no cover on my flash LED neither on my friend's. So check up with authorized service centre. I am not sure. It may be there in you camera.
