Camera not working error

I have a strange issue when I updated my OS to newer version. When I am trying to open Camera it is saying "Camera not available"

I tried to clear cache / data, force stopped it though it is not working. My mobile is not in warranty period so what to do?

Please let me know the resolution of the issue.

 Boot on safe mode

 unmount the SD card

1. settings
2. storage
3. Unmount SD card 

Clear the camera app data 

1. settings
2. Apps
3. all
4. camera
5. clear app data

Try to use the camera.

There is also the chance that you have OK google detection enabled.

I guess this issue came after recent Lollipop update. I've followed stapes to boot mobile into safe mode and tried to clear cache / data from Settings > Applications > All > Camera. Even though it is not working.

Does anybody here with same kind of issue?
