Camera not functioning

Ever since my last software update my camera has not been working properly. It will not focus on any object over 15cm away and I've lost the option to use my front screen camera!!!
I've tried to clear data, cache, disable and re enable but nothing is working.
I've got a z1 compact.
Has anyone else had this issue and knows a solution. Very frustrating!

I've seen this before if the camera lens its scratched or dirty, or if there's something near or on the lens.

Hmm, doesn't explain losing the function of my front screen camera though?? I don't even have the option to switch between the two cameras?

One issue at a time, could you check the lens?

The lens seems fine. Nothing covering it. Wiped over it so clean.

Settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone 

if that doesn't work then repair the phone with PCC
