Camera - Lenscoating

I'm using my SP for 3 month now. 3 or 4 weeks ago i noticed the bad imagequality of my main camera. I checked it and noticed that the coating of the frontlens is missing in some parts. I tried to clean it carefully to make sure that it is no dirt, but it's still there.

I never hat some other things like a key or monney together with my phone in the pocket.

Is this a known issue? What can/should I do?

Here's a picture of the lens:

would advice you go to sony service centre close to you to get them to change it for you that would be your best option

Thanks for the advice.

Do you think that sony will change it for free?

i doubt that unless you bought it that way or you can find a way to convince them it wasn't your fault it got damaged which would be hard .

it isnt damaged. As you can see there aren't any other scratches on the backside of the phone.

But anyway, that is the answer I expeted: "it is not a Problem with the coating, you scratched it, so you have to pay for the replacement"

And I wont be suprised if the replacement will cost me like 100€...

Contact Sony directly, I doubt that wear and tear will be covered, with that said, you could try few tricks, you can use toothpaste and a soft fabric to clean the lens, this could fix small scratches, but again most likely you will have to replace the camera module
