WTf is wwrong with this phone? Camera from touchscreen takes ages to open and shutter lag. Come on Sony my S3 has zero lag.

S3 isn't history. Its still one of the biggest selling phones ever. The S4 is a big S3 with better hardware. The SW enhancements are coming to the S3 from the S4
most likely its software related, if the camera hasn't been used it will take 2-3 seconds to open it, otherwise it will be 1s<
I take a lot of pictures so this is a big deal
