My phone keep closing the games while i am playing and it says error report, and sometimes it lunch the camera on its own, its very annoying i cant play any game on it i tryed wiping all my info and it worked fine for 1 week and then the problem occured again PLEASE RESPOND QUICKLY

That seems to be an app acting up 

repair your phone with SUS and add your apps one by one, it could be an antivirus, battery app, ram app, taskiller, task manager, etc
