Just got a new Xperia SP, and right from the start I've got camera issue's. I get an error saying, camera not avalible. Switching my phone off and on doesn't help. I don't know what to do. Can someone please help me?

I suggest that you first of all go to settings > apps> all > camera > clear data. Restart your phone and try again.
If the behavior persists, I would advice that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:
