I found that Xmor R did not work in ICS. I have compared the photos I captured before, there is obvious differences between GB and ICS. Does anyone know how to solve this problem ? Does ICS support Xmor R sensor ?
I have not noticed that the Exmor R sensor should be deactivated. I have no info about this right now but I'll check and get back to you. I'll be back.
Hihi..I am still waiting your answer..
Can you post some comparison photos?
I don't think Exmor R can be deactivated as this is the name of camera sensor. If it is deactivated camera will not work.
I agree if anything your phone might be acting up, or the lens is dirty or maybe it's obstructed

In ICS when touch focus is selected, continuous autofocus still works. it can be turned off just by selecting infinite mode, but then photos are blured at 1/4 of photo on left and right side, even when shoting landscape, where fosuc should not be relevant. Also klick can be heard when exiting camera and cont. AF is on.

Test.jpg was captured after ICS ugrade. We can see a lot noise in this phot if compared to the first photo
it's hard to make a comparassion since they are from different settings, well lit settings. try taking pictures at a darker area so you can test the Exmor R sensor
