Camera - ISO auto reset after quit camera/after review photo

I have a phenomenon with camera like follow:

After I start camera, I set ISO to 100, EV to +0.3. Then I start to shoot, ISO and EV still keeping that values.

But when I review my photos after shooting/or quit and start camera again, ISO reset to AUTO and EV reset to 0.

How can I keep those values I have set (ISO and EV) and prevent auto reset from camera?

Please help me. Thanks alot.

I can see that it resets to the default values, I will check if there is something that is planned to be changed in the near future.

I've updated my XS to Build Number .75 yesterday. But the ISO and EV settings still not be saved.
