Camera isnt take correct picture

Hello , ı dont know to what to say this problem . Can anybody help me please :smileyd_oh:   




I dont know what is problem but is also doing me crazy and ı cant use 5 MP 16:9 , ı can use only 5MP 4:3 ...
Please help me ...

Im using Xperia Min pro Sk17i , Android 4.0.4

They said the same thing, but the problem was not resolved and they did not help enough for my phone
I think I'll keep problem phones ....
