Camera has problem

my Xperia P camera always says:

sorry camera unavailable

unfortunatlly camera has stopped

error sorry ...........................

and i dawnload the update service program and reinstall the basic setting and there is noooooooooooooooooooo benefit the camera still doesn't work and when i switch to the front camera the screen turned to black and system stop

I need a solution or i will change my mobile and thatwill make me sad to lose my Sony

I always encounter this problem to my Sony Xperia P, when i use the front camera it hangs nor lags. Did someone Encounter this problem? Help Me Please.
