its really irony in this year we still struggling with memory space with our smartphone.. Android these day getting strangled by the security itself, specially third party apps write on external storage issue that not leave to us a good solution, and we got compounded with Sony make a very thin space like this device just only 1.2 GB for a whole things this era.. we up, right..
So back to the subject, its there any way to make camera work to save the data into our SD Card? if no, then the SD Card is useless. i should throw this trash and get another phone with a large internal storage. Thanks Sony to create this funny joke device..

Hi and welcome to the community!
You can set the camera to store pictures and video directly to the SD card if you start the camera, tap menu (3 dots), the settings tab and then "Data storage".
In case the phone should freeze when you have this settings i would suspect there's an issue with the SD card. In this case, please test with another SD card or try formatting the existing one (please note this deletes all data on the card).
3:rd party apps can write to the external storage but the app developer needs to add support for this feature in Lollipop.
and 1 more thing, does anyone know how to root this device? or is there any option to use a SU to specific apps? for example wifi file transfer app, this app crippled if cant write on sd card, so is there any way to fix that?. Because it will fix everything i need if we can access superuser.
For more direct info on Rooting visit XDA however most these days are using Kingroot for it's simplicity but it's not guaranteed to work on all devices
