Camera flash problem

I have purchased xperia L C2104 nine months ago. Now after software updation two months ago, my camera flash is not working.  HDR is disabled. I cleared cache of camera and also i reset the phone (factory default) still it is not working.

Volume button is not working. i can increase volume but not able to decrease, button is broken.

Some times touch screen sensitivity is too low. I have press long time.

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..
