camera flash light issue

I have purchased Xperia Z1 in Feburary 2014 and having flash light issue in Photos. If i click without flash then image comes fine but if i click with flash then at the bottom of Image(flash side) there is a extra light comes which is flash light. And that flash look more ugly if i click in low light enviroment. I used all of settings (Auto, Daylight, Night Scene). In all setting if i click in low light there is extra flash comes in Image.

Note : My Xperia is full update using sony update.

Do you use some kind of case, cover, or cover at the cellphone's back?

If you use, try to take pictres without it.

Yes i am using back cover as well and for me as well  first impression was issue of back cover but i took many pic without back cover but issue same. Flash light look more visible in pic when took in low light.

Below pic i click with flash light and you can see the impression of flash light in Pic at the bottom

and Below pic i click without flash.

and one more thing when i update my Xperia Z1 to 4.4 Kitkat my mobile apps volume goes down automatically sometime even for incoming call ringtone as well.

I have the same kind of flash bleeding in my pics. But i noticed that if i start working the iso levels, this gets alot better! Not sure if this is a software thing or hardware fault. I can post example pics if you guys want?
