Camera Error not available

Good morning I have a Sony xperia LT29i tx jelly bean updated to 4.1.2 and after almost three months working well, Try to take a photo when I get error camera is not available. and does not work any other application of camera. diacnostico probe the sony and no rear camera image https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sonymobile.androidapp.functiontester&hl=es , either in front camera and the flash does not work. eh already used the sony pc companion and still the same problem. also try settings / storage / delete internal storage and also factory reset, no root. this original ...! I need help please.

settings > apps > all > camera > clear everything > restart your phone, if that doesn't work then

thanks for responding so far and tried everything you said and still the same ..! enter test menu and was saying off camera, front camera still does not work, rear and flash ... will qque with some tap the phone has been some internal component came loose ..??

 repair the phone for Update Service (SUS), PC Companion (PCC) and still the same ..! sorry for my bad English
