camera/display issue at night

Just got my Z yesterday and when I took pictures at night or in dark areas, there's a lot of vertical noise on the screen. Like those you see on old crt tv/monitors. The resulting pics however turn out fine. But it's really irritating because it makes it difficult to see what you're taking.

Screenshots attached. Anyone else having this issue?

PS: Pics are not original format cuz they had to be saved as jpg to overcome attachment size limit.

These vertical lines are normal as these appear in most camera in low light condition.Camera is not human eye. So, do not expect it to give you crystal clear display without enough light in surrounding. But when you take picture, flash light illuminates the subject and photograph taken appears crisp and clear.

Except that these noise are moving all over the screen making it difficult to see what you are trying to capture. And I don't have this problem in Xperia S, arc or even mini pro. =x

And apparently, other Z owners that I know are not having this issue.

Hmm. Also check it after changing camera settings.

I did. already tried factory reset via phone and the Sony Update Service. still the same. going to the service centre later.
