I have brought sony xperia z2 in oman while taking photo camera is getting shutdown by showing msg" camera is temporarily shutdown for cooling". What is the reason?

The camera tells you exactly what is the problem. Your device was too hot and it shut down to prevent any damage.

Well, it's just like the message says, the phone is getting to hot. I guess it's pretty warm in Oman and if you're for example filming the processor has to work a lot, meaning the phone gets hot.

try to keep it out of hot weather and direct sun

because that phone get hot very fast
