camera common, yellow warning sign and frozen on lock screen

Hi all

i am having a major problem, i turn my phone on and as it gets to the pattern screen the message camera common error keeps popping up every time i presss ok.

also there is a yellow sign in the corner and i unable to log in cos my phone eventually freezes. no idea what to do. phone has been turning on and off by itself

Do you experience the same on >>> safe mode ?

Settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone

yeah, i done that sony companion repair but now it keeps on popping up straight after i press ok, other message too also pop up from hangouts to google process.
