Camera button not working after Xperia update

Hey guys, it's just a 1 month since I purchased z3, but after an update my camera button not responding. Did a factory reset but still not working. Initially it worked. Now if I click during camera mode, just a flash comes on first click and on second long click it does nothing. Really upset and never expected this from Sony. I hope developers r reading this. Pls help neededo give any suggestions... pls don't take any update and get disappointed 😞 help me.. Any answers other than taking to Sony center???

Open the camera > menu > settings > quick launch

Has your phone been in contact with water at all?

you might have to contact your local Xperia Care

and request a vacuum test.

No I tried all the possible.. Quick launch set to launch only.. And no as I told its a new phone and I have taken lots f care haven't made it fall nor been contact with water. Just got an Xperia system update and after that I am facing the problem

It might be worth it to repair the phone with PCC

I did a repair using pc companion and nothing seems to work. Still am unable to use camera button.

Then that's a hardware issue, you should contact Sony directly

I doubt the problem was because of the update, it could be a coincidence.
