camera button not functioning..

Hi, The camera button does not work other than very very very occasionally. I've tried every possible combination of camera settings to see if there is any particular setting which works consistantly but to no avail.

Any thoughts, please?

Do you have a protective case? perhaps the case its preventing you to press the key all the way down

No, I don't have any case on it.  I've sent it back for an exchange & am waiting in hope

You know that if you have stamina mode enabled and the camera is not added as exception,it will not work?

Hi. I've the same problem too. The camera key doesn't capture, it only focuses when I press the button.I disabled stamina mode but it didn't help. May be you know now how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Make sure you press it all the way.It should work.

Thanks. I was searching for an answer all day long and the solution was such an easy one  I was pressing the button not very hard

No problem,you have to be a little angry with the phone.Just kidding.It has two steps,one focusing(when you press gently) and the other,shooting,when you have to press a little tougher.
