Camera button loose and not working

Hi all.

My camera button seems to be broken. It's completely loose and you can push it down till it is flush with the frame of the phone. Focusing and taking pictures don't work. I only noticed this today while trying to take a picture and it worked before. I have had this device for just over a month now.

What should I do?

Sorry to hear that, you need to contact your Local support as soon as possible to get it fixed, and note that water resistance is probably lost so avoid exposing your phone to water ingress.

So I have to send it back? How long would a repair like that cost?
