Camera Burst Does Not Work, Just Takes A Single Image

Camera Burst worked once then stopped, tried Factory Reset but that hasn't helped. Any ideas??

Do you press and hold the camera key or do you just tap it?

As I understand you need to keep holding it to burst.

Thanks for the reply Johan ..... I have tried the single tap and kept my thumb on the camera icon and neither solution helps.
