Calls "Unknown"

Hi,
since some days when I make or receive the calls are "Unknown" ...

I did the following tests:
1. backup
2. Restore Factory (unsuccessfully)
3. reinstalled the software from Update Service (unsuccessfully)

I use the gmail contacts.

Can anyone help me solve the problem?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you begin with try using another SIM card and check if the same thing happens. You may also want to check with your network operator.

Let me know if changing the SIM helps or not.
