Calls Problem...

My xperia j wont hear my voice whenever i make a call or someone calls me using other mobile phone. What should I do to this unit? Is there any solution for this? Pls advice. Thanks

Do you mean the microphone is not working in your phone?

Have you tried to do a repair of the phone software?

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Let me know if you are still having this issue after the repair of the phone software.

try a little test first. dial *#*#7378423#*#*. service test> microphone, try testing the microphones ., if it works its mostly a software problem. http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/
