calling problems on viber, line, tango, skype in xperia p

I cnt use the calling feature in any chatting apps, but i have no problem using their free chat. im currently using a wifi connection and its works perfectly on magicjack. I thought the prob could be fix if i updated my system to jelly bean, i even reset my phone. pls help me!

I recommend that you try if it works on another network or using the mobile network. There's no setting in your phone that would cause this problem, sounds more like a problem with the internet connection.
