Calling problem after update 4.2.2

I have a C6603 and did a update to 10.3.A.0.423.

After this I can't do a call.

I touch the call button and nothing happens.

I can receive a call normally.

Can I do a downgrade ? If yes how ?

try doing a repair with Sony PC Companion program and yes there is a way to downgrade by flashing old room back to your phone 4.1.2 but thats not really recommended since 4.2.2 has security fix or so
