Caller ID & Name Display

Hi,

I recently got my new Sony Xperia Z1 smartphone and am having trouble with the caller ID settings. When I receive a call from someone who is already in my address book the caller ID displays 'Unknown' without a number. How can I fix this?

Try settings-apps-all-phone,force stop and clear data.

try this

  > take a back up of contacts first

>delete all contacts from phone, remove sim card and turn on the phone if possible see is there any contact list on phone without simcard, if not

>restart the phone, connect the simcard then store the contacts back to phone ,it should work for you
