please ... how can i know  when i try to call someone and he is in a call with another person .. should be a notification for this ... thanks

You would just get the engaged tone, there is no way for your handset to provide a secondary notification regarding this sorry.

is there a "call is waiting" or any sign on the screen to know he has a call at this moment ??

it is a simple feature and in all phones since 5 years !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how a smart phone not has this ???!!

i hope that will be fixed soon in an update for the device .. seriously.
