call& screen problems

my xperia z2 has aproblem

when i try to call any number or answer any coming call the screen locks suddenly and i cant  deal with the call

i tried factory reset , sowftware update by computer and hard reset by the smaal red button in microsd opening but the proble was not solved

See if you have the option of automatically lock screen set to immediately.

have you apply any screen protector some times it will be the problem check the sencer ok and check the display setting and sleep

yesh that right if its working normaly on safe mode i think there is a software problem am i correct my friend alexdon

If neither of above suggestions (screen protector or option) help,it might be a software issue (including a 3rd party app).
