Call ring volume issue

Although my ring volume is set to maximum, if the external volume key is accidentally pressed to mute, the phone will not ring when I receive a call.  Is it possible to set the call ring volume so that it is unaffected by the volume key?

  I guess it is not possible !!, this feature is good for smarphone(not only for Sony) all brands do have this option, it helps to put it to mute, double press the button it disconnects the call, I guess you will get used to it

Have you recently update to 4.4.2?

I fixed it with the App: Volume Lock Control.
