Call problems

I bought a sony xperia j just before 2 months. I have some problem with the calls. some times during a call, I cant hear anything from the other end for a few seconds and reconnects. but in other end they can hear all from me. Intially, I thought that would be some network problems. but i put my sim in another phone and there is no problem with it. I dont know what to do, I lost some of my interview calls also. SONY must reply for it.

I suggest that you try with another SIM card in your phone to see how the phone behaves when you have another SIM card in it.

If the problem persists with another SIM card you can try to make a call in safe mode. Press and hold the power off option to start phone in safe mode.

If you still have the same problem in safe mode I suggest that you update/repair the phone software using PC Companion:

I couldn't find safe mode by long pressing the power button, it only shows the switch off and Airplane mode, is airplane mode is safe mode?

just repair the phone if the SiM card doesn't solve the issues
