Hello, everyone. I bought my Xperia U in October 2012 and it was amazing. But now I am having some problems with it. First of all, whenever I get a call, there is no voice on either ends. The other person cannot hear me and I cannot hear them. If I restart the phone, then this problem is solved only temporarily. It gets very hectic eventually. Secondly, sometimes the music/noise coming out of my phone gets distorted and stays that way persistently. The only way to overcome this is to once again, restart the handset. But even this comes back after a while. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with my phone? It still has Gingerbread and I have not updated it. Thank you.
