Call dialer not updating instantly

After someone calls,or I call somebody ,and after they hang up the call dialer initially shows that contact's number for half a second and their name gets updated. Does anyone else have issue or Is this me and Android version is the latest I got it updated from an authorized sony service center. Is this a bug??

Yeah tested it, I'm having the same problem.

settings > apps > phone (all the phone apps) > clear data > restart the phone

I cleared the data for everything except 'phone and messaging storage', the clear data function is not working for that particular app. When I press it nothing happens. After restarting the phone, the issue didn't go away.

But I had this problem when OTA updated my phone so I gave it to an authorized sony service center to update it to the latest software but nothing changed, is Xperia companion software any different from the update that the sony service center does??

I would create a backup and perform a clean update, just to smooth things out

I just performed a software repair but both the click sound issue and the dialer issue has not been resolved, can you affirmatively give me an answer whether both these issues are software bugs or some hardware problems cause all the remedies that you are suggesting is not working and it is time consuming and I dont have that much time to be playing around with my Xperia z3+.
