calibrate g sensor

Hello,

what can I do if G sensor in my Z2 doesn't work correctly? Is it possible to fix it on my own? Because Xperia Z2 does not have calibration option in settings...

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

The first thing I would advise is to try and run a repair:

1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps

It didn't help, g sensor still doesn't work correctly...

If it still doesn't work after the repair I'd recommend that you send the phone in to a service center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

I have this issue of sensors not working after it seems the Marshmallow update, so you saying I have to pay to get my phone fixed?
