C902 Update or Not?

Updating my C902 seems to work perfectly, but then afterwards the PC Companion still says Update Available, this after multiple attempts.  Anyone any ideas?

Try the update service application on your PC and also the phone's own remote update service to see whether you get the same message.But if you've already updated it recently, it's unlikely that there is another update so soon.

I've been using the update from PC.  As I have not yet enabled web service with my ISP using the phone's update service is not immediate.  If Sony published the release number of current update it would be simple to see if it was up to date, anywhere I can get that?

We don't publish lists of update version numbers.

I hawe same with my C902.

In my phone softwere is: R3EG004

and SE PC Companion 2.0 and Update Service 2.11.12.5

offering my softwere: R3EG004AS

after updating is complete there is old softwere and programs offer again Update. I do all like program write to do and at end there write thet is ok, and when start phone there is old softwere.

Hi Jeff, I've tried to use the link provided but it just takes me to the download page for PC Companion.

I already downloaded PC companion 2.1, I know this software is completely up to date the problem is clearly that it cannot recognise whether update R3EA038AS is installed on the phone.

Please can someone fix this system error as the phone is 4 years old so I find it fairly unbelieveable this has been allowed to go on for such a long time without a fix being released.
