C4 Camera Issue

hi .. i recently bought a C4 mobile .. i updated the software once i booted it first time .. didn,t test it before update 

i think it,s good front camera is great .. but the rear camera is very poor for a 13 mb sony camera .. i can,t tell if it,s related to an update issue or something .. it is blur and when you zoom in the photo you take with the rear camera it becomes very bad

anyone can give me a solution ?

another problem i have is the mic during phone calls .. the other party  can,t hear me clearly .. is it something in the settings or what ?

could you elabore on zooming in? are you doing so when taking the picture or after you take the picture?

after taking the picture .. it becomes very blur

Which camera settings and light conditions are you using? could you post few examples?

superior auto and manual .. SCN off .. didn,t change any setting

i will upload some examples tomorrow in day light

Also test with HDR on
