C3 support for USB OTG Problems

Can anyone help me to solve my xperia c3 OTG supporting problems. This is because whenever I safely  remove my OTG USB, some applications shows error like "No Apps Found/Missing". When I resart the phone (or unmount then mount SD card) all applications runs normal. I also called customer care and also went to service center. They advise me to format/repair it. However after formating/ repairing the same problems persists. 

I also tried different pen drives but problmes still happen again and again.

Please help me to solve this problems

It's probably an issue caused by a third-party app. You can try to boot on safe mode and check how the phone behaves with the usb otg in that mode.

However, if everything works after restarting the phone or unmounting and mounting the sd card, Although tedious, I wouldn't worry about too much.
