    This is in with regads to "SONY XPERIA Z" which i purchased on "JUNE 4th 2014" which worked absoluletly fine till "24 th JUNE 2014" wherin i start to have problem with the touch hence i had to visit the service center and get the "SWAP UNIT REPLACED AND UPDATE THE SOFTWARE" .....then again it worked fine for only "4 MONTHS"  so again i had to contact the service center on "9 th DECEMBER" and i visited them on "13 th DECEMBER 2014"  they informed that the phone cannot be repaired hencefort i have to buy a fresh handset from them to which i have to pay 80% and only 20% was offered to me as concession.
            I hereby inform that i am in no position to buy a fresh handset and avail such a low discount for the same...Also to bring into your notice that " IT WAS NOT MENTIONED IN THE INVOICE THAT THE PHONE CANNOT BE REPLACED IF IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED "
      I want the phone to either be " REPLACED OR A FULL REFUND " to be issued at the earlieat as i am sick and tired visiting service centers every now and then, i want my problem to be escalated on a high priority and a resolution provided within two days as any delay further will not be encouraged.
      I hope needful is done at the earliest...postive response awaiting. Please feel free to contact me on.
