bug sound while talking on mobile

hello can any one help me??

i have 11w29 se xperia mini pro, when im on call i hear that electro static sound from the mic hole near the 3.5mm jack, i asked the sony care ppl they said its common.every problem i show them they say its common. im from india hyderabad.

hi there!

i got a SK17i last month and have been experiencing the electrostatic noise from day 1. it's not just a video related issue. the crackling sound is there every single time i use it for voice calls. i went back to the sony showroom and got the phone exchanged. but, the 2nd phone also has the same problem! i have found out now that ALL SK17i phones and mini pros have this defect.

Sony is refusing to give me a refund. instead they want me to buy amother one of their phones for the same price or more and pay the difference!

i don't think that's fair at all.

any advice?

from which country are u ?and who said that u can take another mobile by paying the difference ? sony service centre people or the store where u brought the mobile from ??

Hi!

I bought my phone from an exclusive sony store in bangalore. the store people did tell me they are from sony. while i was there complaining about my phone, they called up the sony head office in bangalore and asked what answer they coould give me. they were then told to tell me that i could take any other sony phone of the same value and if more expensive, then i'd have to pay the difference. i told them this time i'm going to check out the phones and their reviews thoroughly before going in for another one. they were ok with that.

i asked my store person to replace mobile they said only service centre could do that , can u tell me what can i do now ?

and how many days after u bought the mobile u went back there for refund or etc
