bug or a problem on NEO V

from past 2-3 days my SE NEO V get stuck and i have to remove the battery nd put it bck nd thn it starts again. yestarday wheni connected it to WIFI nd started to download a game it got stuck in adter sometimes and no matter any button i press it wont responsed  i had to remove the battery thn only it started to works this problems has happned 3-4 times and its terribly annoying, today i connected it to Computer nd thnn it got stuck wht to dooo????

Your phone was frozen?  What did you do with it earlier?

it gets stuck sometimes when i start to download anything or sometimes when i connect it to computer.

Did you just update firmware?  Did you install a new app?  Did you buy a new battery? 

When did that begin to happen?

i had updated it to ICS 4.0.3  2months ago and about apps i download many apps every day and abot the battery i have brought the phone 3 months ago so the batery is fine, it started 3 days ago I think i have to repair the mobile software via Pc companion but i am afriad i will lose all the apps and games and other data so i wanted to know is their any other solution to this problem

If you are not running anti-virus app or other task killer app in the background, try to repair it via PC Companion.

Otherwise this could be some issue with your SD card.
