Hello everyone! I have had my Xperia U for about a week or so now, and I have to say i have been very pleased.

Despite this, I have noticed a number of bugs / issues which i want to confirm with everyone else:

1. Wifi security - cannot connect to router with password after phone reboot
2. Contact Sync Icons - Facebook icons don't appear in contacts / messages unless you open friends list in Facebook App and wait for icons to load (this appears to be related to the newest facebook version, and the solution is mentioned on another thread)
3. Backup - cannot restore settings from a backup version.
4. Market restore - Apps that should automatically restore due to backup start (after reset) restoring, then the process just stops and the apps all disappear from downloading list

Have you been able to confirm the Wi-Fi issue on more than one access points? Have you tried to update the router firmware or made any resets on the router?

About the restore questions I assume that we're talking about the PC Companion backup and restore feature. Have you tried to reinstall PC Companion and made any new backup's?

I have discovered that my phone will connect to some password protected networks. it doesn't seem to show any preference between security modes as both access points have wpa2/psk, however one is a Netgear, the other a BTHomeHub3. I have updated the router firmware and reset it, and it appears others have this problemt too.
