Bug: Equalizer settings are not reapplied after ending a call

Hi

Firstly, I'm glad you've fixed the equalizer feature so that it works with third party apps again. 

However when I'm playing music through spotify and I receive a call, the equalizer effects are not present when the music playback automatically resumes after ending the call. I'm not certain if this is a bug with spotify or the integrated equalizer, but seeing as spotify only provides a shortcut to the equalizer, I'm leaning towards the latter.

To verify this, please try the same thing but using the built in Wlakman application.
