Try changing to different APN. Go to Settings > More > Mobile network > Access Point Names. Then try selecting a diferent one.
If that doesn't fix, try to download your internet settings again. Go to Settings > Xperia > Internet Settings. This will download internet settings for your mobile network.
If all else fail, go back to your Mobile Operator and inform them of your problem.
