BT HeadSet with Skype Mic Issue

I am Using Xperia J for 6 months(Android 4.1.2), I am satisfied with it for all its featers and I am buy a new bluetoothHeadset (Samsung BHS3000IBECINU) and all featers like attend call, volum controls, player controls are fine. And I am using skype on my experia unfortunatly BT mic not working properly for skype but its earpiece is working perfect, mic provides like a beep sound other end, I am also tested this BT Headset with skype on Samsung S3(same android version) its working fine.. So why behave only my xperia this strange like this. I am very disappointed for this bad luck. Please provide a work around for me.

Does this only happen when calling via Skype or does it happen with the regular calling function as well?

Regular calling function is fine, only troubled with skype calling. but I have tested with different handset like samsung, carbon etc with same android version and skype version, they are working well, why fails only my xperia J
