browser stop working after 2 min

after i upgraded my xperia neo l to 4.1.B.0.631 , its browser is kind of hang after 2 or 3 minutes , i tried sony update service to reinstall the upgrade but problem is still ? plz help

go to settings > apps > all > browser clear everything

no , generally , browser hangs and then when i click back button , the phone do not show home screen.so i have to lock the screen and unlock it then it shows home screen.
