broken touchscreen, cant get files on to computer now

i smahsed the screen up and now i cant access anything on the phone, even though display is fine and messsages are still being recieved. this mean without touchcreen i cant get any of the saved media off the device on to my computer. does anyone know a way to get around this i really need the files on the phone. also im having it replaced tomorrow morning so i need to sort this out asap please

You could buy a USB OTG cable and connect a mouse and a keyboard to save your files.
