Hi Sony !
10 days ago I purchased a Sony xperia E3. Today I noticed that the housing near the power button is cracked . Phone has not suffered any mechanical shock !!!
What can i do , is a common issue ? Please help me with an answer .

They say that there was a mechanical shock (It is not true ). I contacted Sony representance of my country. They say to send the phone to sony service , but they also say that if they don't see any fabrication issue they will return my phone in the same shape (cracked ). It is not correct !!!
If the service from my country (Romania) can't help me . Do you can help me with some advices or , recommendation letter , i don't know...... But Is not correct to buy a phone that have a factory issue and Sony to do nothing , unless to say , is your fault......
