Broken SIM-card reader

I've just broken my Sony XPERIA J SIM-card reader while trying to insert a microSIM-card adapter and one of the tiny metal particles entirely disconnected. It just fell in my hand... So my question: Is it possible to change the card reader with a brand new one?
